Liquidators for Fairfield Sentry Ltd., the largest feeder fund for Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities Inc., sued a Citigroup Inc. unit to recover so-called redemption payments made to the bank’s clients. Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. received $130 million in redemption payments from Sentry from Oct. 14, 2005, to Nov. 19, 2008, according to a complaint filed yesterday by the liquidators in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York.
