Thank you to all who participated in our survey regarding the Trustee’s hardship program. The results of that survey confirmed all that we’d been hearing ranging from an unhelpful “Help Desk” to inordinately long periods with no contact to never-ending requests for additional information. To try improve the process, NIAP has delivered the attached letter onto the Trustee and is awaiting a response.
We hope the Trustee will address these issues quickly, and will keep you posted as to the Trustee’s response.
