URGENT CLAWBACK INFO REQUEST
Are you experiencing clawback proceedings or being pursued by the Trustee as a precursor to possible proceedings?
WE NEED YOUR CLAWBACK AND/OR NEGATIVE TRUSTEE/
BAKER & HOSTETLER STORY!
This is a follow-up to the recent Congressional hearings by the House Subcommittee on Capital Markets where several congressmen issued stern rebukes on the Trustee behavior, accusing the Trustee of treating victims like “criminals”. We are looking to quickly assemble cases of inappropriately aggressive behaviors undertaken by the Trustee, as well as the personal impact his inquiries are having. These stories will be kept completely anonymous and used to steer Congress on SIPC reform. We must continue to press Congress to take immediate action to stop clawback of innocent victims
Please request that your attorney work with us on this important next step; if he or she expresses resistance, feel free to request that any identifying information be redacted (blacked out). Hopefully, this will give your lawyer – and you – some peace of mind..
Again, this information will be very helpful to motivate Congress to move quickly to stem the Trustee’s adversarial behavior. Many in Congress, including Congressmen Ackerman, King, Garrett, and Klein made it clear that they understand the plight. It is critically important that victims in other Congressional districts share their stories as well and speak up so we, together can move Congress to act.
Please forward the story of your clawback experience to us as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, October 15th.
Please consider some of the following:
Please explain the above. Again, all information will be completely confidential! Let’s help Congress stop clawback now!
